Seedsman Summit. For Channel Seedsmen (aka sales reps), it’s the highlight of the year. The annual sales incentive trip rewards the best of the best. And like most things we’ve been looking forward to over the last two years, it was cancelled by Covid.
How do you create a virtual event to replace the trip of lifetime? Frankly, you don’t. But in a year when we were all stuck at home, we wanted to remind sales reps that they’re at the their best when they’re in their element.
The Find Your Element platform elevated the experience. We rewarded with reps with their choice of themed gift sets, invited them to Savor the Elements during a virtual wine tasting event and recognized their achievements with the Elements of Success virtual meeting.
